The official bitcoin-core btcdeb repository describes command-line utilities for constructing and debugging Bitcoin Script. It supports opcode-by-opcode execution, stack inspection, transaction and script verification, and compilation from a human-readable script form. This review did not use btcdeb to validate a production transaction.
