About

SATSCARD is a physical Bitcoin bearer card from Coinkite. Each card has ten independent sealed slots. A sender funds the current slot address; a recipient can verify the card certificate, slot state, address, balance, and confirmations with compatible software before accepting it. Physical transfer does not create an on-chain transaction. Unsealing exposes that slot’s private key and advances the card, so the balance must be swept to a trusted wallet and the old address must not be reused.
